Ultra white clear float glass manufacturer for Insulated Tempered Laminated Low-E Glass
Ultra Clear Medium Aluminosilicate Electronic Float Glass(CHIYAN-M2) is an eco-friendly ultra clear alumino-silicate glass with certain strength.
Glass Type: Float glass
Float glass is made of sea sand, quartz sandstone powder, soda ash, dolomite and other raw materials, according to a certain proportion of preparation, melting at high temperature, the glass liquid from the pool kiln continuous flow to and floating on the surface of the metal liquid, spread into a uniform thickness, fire polished glass belt, cooling hardening from the metal liquid, and then cut by annealing transparent colorless flat glass. The glass surface is particularly flat and smooth, the thickness is very uniform, and the optical distortion is very small. Float glass is divided into three categories according to appearance quality: excellent products, first-class products and qualified products. According to the thickness is divided into 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 19mm nine kinds.

CHIYAN-M2’s 0.25~2.0mm thickness medium alumino-silicate glass has already been used in the market to meet a wide range of customers needs.
Application:
1. Architecture, such as windows or other areas in a building
2. Traffic vehicles, such as the windows of train, bus, car etc
3. Household appliances and furniture, such as glass table top and show shelves.
Product Composition
Ultra Clear Medium Aluminosilicate Glass achieves better stress and strain depth than ordinary soda-lime glass by increasing the Al₂O₃ content in the glass and increasing the ion exchange capacity.

Storage
Storage conditions: Temperature ≤30℃, humidity ≤65% (no condensation), shelf life is 6 months from the date of delivery.
Float glass is made by heating raw materials—silica sand, limestone, soda ash, and magnesium in a furnace. When melted, it’s then spread out over a sizable bed of molten tin. As it moves along rollers in the annealing oven during a controlled cooling process, this mixture slowly solidifies over the molten tin. From this point, a single, continuous smooth ribbon of glass emerges as below picture showed:
