CHIYAN Crystal Glass Ceramic for Ceramic Phone Screen Display Cover
Glass-ceramic (CHIYAN-C1) is a lithium alumino silicate glass-ceramic. Based on the special material design and nano-level crystallization scheme, this product has extremely high inherent strength, combining the toughness of ceramics with the high permeability of glass. High hardness and low expansion improve product processability. The extremely high inherent strength and optimized chemical strengthening design give it excellent drop resistance.

Manufacturing
Glass-ceramics are made by melting glass and then controlling the crystallization process. The crystallization process is carefully regulated to create a uniform dispersion of crystals throughout the material.
CHIYAN-C1’s 0.25mm~20mm thickness high alumino-silicate glass has already been used in the market to meet a wide range of customers needs.
