Aluminosilicate glass original sheet for display Electronic Glass Panel cover glass
Ultra Clear super white Medium Alumino-Silicate electronic float glass original pieces(CHIYAN-M2) is an eco-friendly ultra-thin alumino-silicate glass with certain strength.
Clear float glass is made of molten glass which flows through tweel to tin bath and then to lehr. While floating through the molten tin, the glass under the works of gravity and surface tension becomes smooth and flat at both sides. The clear float glass has higher light transmittance than ordianry glass. It's often used as tv protection glass, led monitor glass, touch screen glass etc.
Features:
High Impact Resistance
High Scratch Resistance
High Flexibility
High Bending Strength Resistance
Applications:
LCD display, Touch screen glass, PDP, Led TV, Note book PC, outdoor display screen, medical instrument, camera, display screen and so on. Tv glass,Lcd glass, moitor glass,
Regular Thickness:
2.0mm 1.80mm 1.50mm 1.30mm
1.10mm 0.70mm 0.55mm
0.40mm 0.33mm 0.25mm
CHIYAN-M2’s 0.25~2.0mm thickness medium alumino-silicate glass has already been used in the market to meet a wide range of customers needs.
Standard Size:1300*1100mm (5th Generation)
Note: The size can be customized according to customer's needs.
Product Composition
Ultra Clear Medium Alumino-Silicate Glass achieves better stress and strain depth than ordinary soda-lime glass by increasing the Al₂O₃ content in the glass and increasing the ion exchange capacity.

Packaging Diagram
Float glass is made by heating raw materials—silica sand, limestone, soda ash, and magnesium in a furnace. When melted, it’s then spread out over a sizable bed of molten tin. As it moves along rollers in the annealing oven during a controlled cooling process, this mixture slowly solidifies over the molten tin. From this point, a single, continuous smooth ribbon of glass emerges as below picture showed:
Storage
Storage conditions: Temperature ≤30℃, humidity ≤65% (no condensation), shelf life is 6 months from the date of delivery.
