Ultra Clear super white Medium Alumino-Silicate electronic float glass original pieces(CHIYAN-M2) is an eco-friendly ultra-thin alumino-silicate glass with certain strength.
Anti-glare glass treatment involves creating a rough surface on the cover lens via an etching process.
As light reflects off of the rough surface, it is scattered at different angles which reduces the clarity of the reflected image. Thus, the consumer will not see the bright glare of any reflected light source.

Product Composition
Ultra Clear Medium Alumino-Silicate Glass achieves better stress and strain depth than ordinary soda-lime glass by increasing the Al₂O₃ content in the glass and increasing the ion exchange capacity.

Packaging Diagram
Float glass is made by heating raw materials—silica sand, limestone, soda ash, and magnesium in a furnace. When melted, it’s then spread out over a sizable bed of molten tin. As it moves along rollers in the annealing oven during a controlled cooling process, this mixture slowly solidifies over the molten tin. From this point, a single, continuous smooth ribbon of glass emerges as below picture showed:

Storage conditions: Temperature ≤30℃, humidity ≤65% (no condensation), shelf life is 6 months from the date of delivery.
